Nevenka Kržan has a university degree in economics. She began her career in the banking sector, where she has held various management positions. During this period, she was involved in both banking and privatization processes, and participated in the establishment of a new commercial bank and a company for managing investment funds and companies. In 1998 she joined KPMG Slovenia and in 2001 she became a partner at the regional level in charge of financial advisory services. As an expert in the field of finance and the financial sector, she has collaborated and led projects of many private and public sector companies in a wide range of industries. In her rich career, as a responsible partner, she has led projects of due diligence, M&A, evaluations, restructuring, refinancing and the development of strategies and business plans. She took over the role of KPMG’s senior partner in Slovenia in 2010. She holds a license from the Slovenian Institute of Auditors as a certified company valuer and certified auditor.
The Supervisory Board appointed Nevenka Kržan as a member of the Management Board for a period of five years, starting on 1 July 2022.
