Gorazd Jamnik completed his Master’s Studies in Business Policy and Organisation, specializing in Finance. He started his career at Luka Koper d.d. where he worked intermittently for nine years, managing the finance and accounting area. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, controlling and accounting management in various corporations and industries such as logistics, white goods manufacturing and sales, energy and insurance. He has gained international experience in all the countries of the former Yugoslavia, as well as in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. At Luka Koper d.d. and other companies, he actively participated and managed projects for the financing and implementation of investments, refinancing, restructurings, as well as the formulation of strategies, business plans and due diligence processes.
