The  project has been conceived to increase the overall capacity of regional players in shipbuilding and port equipment sector in the regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy), Slovenia and the County of Rijeka (Croatia). The project was co-financed by the European commission by the 7th Framework Programme.
