Climeport: The project encouraged Mediterranean ports to combat climate change reducing greenhouse emissions and fostering a better use of energy in order to achieve sustainable development in port communities. The project was co-financed by ERDF in the framework of the MED Programme and awarded the environmental medal by the International Association on Ports & Harbours in year 2013.
