NOTIFICATION TO EXTERNAL PARTIES PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 76(3) OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia no. 163/2022 – ZVOP-2) CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE PORT AREA, BUSINESS PREMISES AND BUILDINGS MANAGED BY LUKA KOPER, d.d.

- Purpose of video surveillance: Video surveillance is carried out in order to ensure the safety of people and property in the port area, buildings and premises managed by LUKA KOPER, d.d. in accordance with the provisions of Article 77(1) and 78(1) of Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), Article 6(1c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Private Security Act.
- Types of personal data processed: Images, date and time of the recording.
- User of the video surveillance recordings: Authorised persons of LUKA KOPER, d.d. in accordance with the internal regulations, the Concession Agreement, the Collective Agreement, the Port Regulations, the business processes and organisational regulations, and the Rules on Internal Order in the LUKA KOPER, d.d. area.
- Information on the transfer of video recordings to third countries: Recordings of the video surveillance system are not transferred to third countries.
- Retention period of video surveillance recordings: Up to 6 months.
- Information on individual’s rights in relation to video surveillance recordings: An individual who identifies himself/herself in video surveillance recordings or who has been captured by a video surveillance camera has the right to:
- access the personal data and/or see the video surveillance system’s recordings referring to him/her;
- correction (as for instance image blurring – anonymisation) or deletion or restriction of video surveillance recordings’ processing;
- objection to the processing of video surveillance recordings;
- portability of video surveillance data (a copy of the recording).

- Necessity to provide personal data or consent to video surveillance and recording: Personal consent is not required due to the legal basis for video surveillance. The individual has the right not to enter the area, premises or objects where video surveillance is being carried out.

- Information on the specific effects of processing, in particular further processing: none
- Unusual further processing:
- No audio intervention is performed during video surveillance.
- Video surveillance is monitored on a computer screen by a specially authorised person.
- Video surveillance recordings are kept for a maximum period of 6 months.
